Abstract

Reviewing new evidence of innovative anxiety treatments was the goal of this investigation. In primary care, anxiety disorders are frequently under diagnosed and undertreated. When a patient exhibits significant suffering or experiences problems as a result of the disease, treatment is recommended.  psycotherapy, psychological treatment, or a mix of the two should be used to treat anxiety disorders. One of the psychotherapies with the most proof is cognitive behavioral therapy.
