Abstract

Kalanchoe pinnata, a perennial succulent plant inhabiting warm tropical climates, is a popular house plant with innumerable medicinal properties. This review gives an insight on the chemical constituents of the plant, medicinal properties and uses. The various clinical applications of  the plant have been discussed in detail with focus on its anti cancer effects.
