Formulation development and invitro evaluation of captopril fast dissolving oral thin films by solvent casting method

Abstract

The present study formulation development of captopril oral thin films by using solvent casting method .the formulation contain the  Crospovidone was found  At 4% w/w of crospovidone with 3% PVA concentration level dispersion time of 7.23±0.151 sec highest release of more than 99.27% drug in 30 min. therefore the formulation contain shows the better formulation.
